JVDA Championships

Determination and ultimately victory capped three fabulous days of volleyball for the Munciana Samuri team at the JVDA Championships in Louisville Kentucky this weekend. The Samuri were lead by the tournament MVP, Taylor Unroe, a Senior at Burris; Mia Taberson, a graduated Senior from Burris; Christiana Gray and Mary Ording, both graduated Seniors from Indianapolis Cathedral and a host of single-minded, well trained girls.
Coached by Mike Lingenfelter, the Samuri opened the tournament Friday and Saturday undefeated in 4, 3 game matches.
